What you'll do (responsibilities)

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer who excels at building robust, scalable systems and delivers high-quality code that impacts end-users.

• Build core platform features. Design and implement key components of our platform using Tailwind CSS, Shadcn/ui and React, focusing on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive technical excellence. Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment while mentoring other team members.
• Collaborate across teams. Work closely with leadership and management to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Ensure system reliability. Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain high availability in a GxP-regulated environment.
• Innovate continuously. Research and prototype new technologies to keep our stack modern and efficient.

What we're looking for (qualifications)

You're an experienced Front End Software Engineer with a track record of delivering robust solutions in complex environments. You thrive in a high-autonomy, high-impact role.

• Frontend expertise. Strong experience with Vite / Tailwind / Shadcn/ui for building sophisticated web applications.
• Quality User Experience Skills. Design ergonomic interfaces, and have a great ability for design.
• Quality mindset. Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and maintaining high code quality standards.
• Strong programming skills. Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Python a plus.
• Collaborative approach. Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team and mentor other engineers.
